My name is Bob Bartolacci and I live in Saline, Michigan.
A graduate of Ann Arbor’s Pioneer High School, I have degrees from Washtenaw Community College as well as Concordia College in Human Resources.
I am a Viet Nam Era veteran, serving in the United States Navy from 1973 to 1979. A Surface Sonar Technician and Mk 114 Fire Control Tech, I served aboard the U.S.S. Barry DD-933 and the U.S.S. Julius A. Furer, FFG-6.
My hobbies are raising Afghan Hounds, Military History, and Model Building, with a side line of computer tech assistance and web page design. I can usually be found at a hobby shop, air show, building a model, or working with my dogs.
I believe in a strong military and work to support our fine men and women in the armed forces, especially in the forefront of the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Many people don’t understand the sacrifices they are making for our liberty and safety, and we owe them a great debt.
